General Information

All hardware purchased or activated after 30 days are not eligible for refund.
Tax charges for this order are based on hardware purchased.
The complete team of SATYRICOM remains at your disposal for any information.

Customer Service Contact Information

  • Customer is responsible for return freight arrangements and costs. Collect shipments are not accepted..
  • All returns must include the RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number prior to shipping. Items returned without a RMA number will be refused.
  • Allow 4-6 weeks for your credit card statement to reflect the refund..
  • Returned, opened hardware within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 25% re-stock fee-which will be deducted from the amount on your refund


How Do I Return My Opened/Unopened Hardware ?

Contact SATYRICOM Sales Support at sales(at)satyricom.ie
Provide your Order ID number and date of purchase along with your customer information.
SATYRICOM Sales Team will assess the return and provide you with the necessary information regarding your return request.


Shipping is based on a combination of weight and destination.
Orders will be processed and generally shipped in 1-2 business days, via Ground delivery, pending stock availability.
Orders will generally arrive within 3-9 business days, based on ship address location.
Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed.

To find out delivery charges just add goods to the basket and then click Checkout, select destination and the delivery charge will be displayed.

No goods will be shipped without payment in full by credit/debit card or cheque payable to SATYRICOM. Goods are supplied subject to conditions of sale. We do not relinquish title of these goods until payment is received in full.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase is easy through our website. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments on-line via PayPal.

We will also accept payments via cheque made payable to SATYRICOM. Please contact us to discuss your order. We will confirm receipt and despatch your order when your cheque is cleared.

If you experience problems making a payment through the website please check you have entered your email address, your name, address and particularly your postcode correctly. If this still does not resolve the problem please contact us at sales(at)satyricom.ie

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when full payment has cleared, and hence a contract between us. Your Invoice will be included with the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable!

Delivery Schedule

Orders are dispatched same day when in stock.

Tax Charges

For orders with a delivery address within the Republic of Ireland or the European Union 23% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption through the PayPal secure system and SATYRICOM do not have access to your card details. The order and address details are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.


We guarantee your satisfaction. Goods that are received damaged or faulty will be replaced immediately.

Please notify us immediately by email or phone if you find the goods damaged upon receipt and we will replace immediately. If you decide you no longer require the goods within 14 days of receipt we offer a full refund less any carriage charges. Just return the goods in original packing as new and we will refund your payment card. For returned goods over 30 days after receipt we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge. Goods that have been used will not warrant a full refund but this will be considered on an individual basis.

We do not offer refunds on pre-paid airtime which has been added to a SIM card.

As a result phones will not work inside buildings or vehicles unless used with the appropriate external antenna. Use of satellite service may also be prevented in outdoor locations with trees, hills, mountains, buildings or other similar structures or geographical features in close proximity.
